Shipping Policy

 We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on most of our merchandise. All items are shipped in the order of receipt (typically within 48-72 hours after purchase). However, orders received on weekends, national holidays and/or, times of office closure, may require additional handling and packaging time. Email updates and tracking options are typically provided immediately following your purchase. If you haven’t received purchase details, be sure to check your junk folder first. But please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@aleiman.com if you’ve not received any email correspondence on your item’s shipment status.

We certainly understand that you may want to receive your item urgently and we’ll gladly work with you to honor faster shipping and handling per the cost & terms of the desired carrier. If you should have this requirement, contact us at sales@aleiman.com immediately after submitting your purchase, and someone will be in touch. COVID-19 has taught us that in rare instances, natural disaster or unforeseeable circumstances may force shipping delays and/or longer turnarounds.
